Our goal is to produce healthy grassfed livestock for our customers. We are a sustainable farm committed to raising grassfed beef and lamb, pastured pork, and pasture-raised chickens and turkeys with no chemicals, antibiotics or hormones. Our animals are raised humanely on our farm in Kinsman, Ohio.

Grass farming is both an art and a science.
Compared with feedlot meat, meat from grass-fed
beef and lamb has less total fat, saturated fat,
cholesterol, and calories. It also has more vitamin E, beta-carotene,
vitamin C, and a number of health-promoting fats, including omega-3
fatty acids and conjugated
linoleic acid or CLA.
